~ Growing In Unity: Day 1 ~

It's my turn this week to host Growing In Unity, which basically is to showcase any creative work using Unity stamps. As you know, I'm a fan of Unity/{ippity} stamps since discovering them early last year. I have since amassed a fair number of this red rubber stamps. What's the appeal? I guess the unique designs and I especially luv their scrapbooking sets.

Today's offering is a mini book which I made for a friend's birthday. After lots of stamping and punching and this was the result:

Made use of a Bazzill cardstock for the cover.  That is one of my fav Unity stamp image. I find it so versatile.

The pages came from October Afternoon. I pulled out one of my old Scarlet Lime kits and played with it.

Most of the stamped images are from the scrapbooking sets.

I particularly luv the words stamp. I find myself using that a lot.

The background on the left page was stamped using a border stamp from the March/Apr SB set. The quote on the right page came from {ippity} Love in Return set. That's one of my fav quotes and used fairly often.

The back of the album stamped simply with an {ippity} stamp from Love in Return.

The inner pages were held together using a strip of cardstock, punched using a Martha Stewart punch. Idea's not mine... seen a fair few albums done this way and thought I give it a go. Good use of border punches too (which I've seem to have amassed apart from stamps).

So pop back this whole week for a showcase of Unity/{ippity} stamps in action. And if you fancy winning a stamp set of your choice at the end of this week, drop me a comment! Thanks for popping by and have a great week ahead. TTFN!
