Hip Hop Hangover

It's time for Hip Hop Hangover again and today I'm focussing on June 09 KOTM set.

I absolutely adore this set and lost no time in making a few cards with the images. Some of these may have appeared on my blog as I've done them for a few card challenges. But I'm pulling them together on this thread to showcase June KOTM set:

As you can see, the teapots are probably one of my fav images. I've not finished with the set yet and no doubt, will probably see more projects being done with this set. Thanks for dropping by. TTFN!

Hip Hop Hangover

It's Friday and it's Hip Hop Hangover time again! I had fun doing it last week so am joining in again. Not long ago, I got the Everyday Adorable set. I luv the images on it and made a card:

Patterned paper by LilyBee French Couture collection. Coloured using Promarkers. Card was created using a sketch from Card Patterns.

I was recently asked to be a guest designer for a ribbon kit and one of my projects involved using a Unity Leave A Trail quote stamp. It certainly came in handy for the particular picture that I was using:

Re-cycled a corrugated cardboard that I found lying in my craft room. It was painted with Tim Holtz black soot crackled paint and heavily decorated with ribbons. Added a photo and a quote and made a hanging frame out of it. Here's a closer view of it:

Thank you for dropping by. Have a great day! TTFN!

Hip Hop Hangover

This is my first participation of Hip Hop Hangover. Since discovering Unity stamps in February this year, I'm truly hooked onto them and use them extensively in my cards as well as other crafting pursuit. The images are so unique and it's such a joy to use them! I initially got them for making cards but they are slowly making their way into my scrapbooking pages too. Here's a journaling image that I used for a recent page:

Journaling image from May KOTM 09 set.

Here's a card that I created yesterday for one of the Hip Hop challenges. Stamped images from May KOTM 09 set and coloured using Promarkers. (took the photo at nite hence the shadows under the mushrooms ... will have to re-take it)

Thanks for popping by...TTFN!
