Val & Erica came up with a collaboration kit entitled 'Emotions', available at Oscraps. I'm loving Val's kits as it so suits my style of scrapping.

My wee one together with another classmate created this 'wonder' of the world, Chichen Itza. His class held a Travel Fayre for parents to see what they have done. Have to say, I'm impressed with the way the school curriculum is going. It certainly does engage the children in learning by keeping them busy with projects. He even created a brochure to go along with his project. TTFN!

Val released this new kit entitled 'Grandpa'. This kit is a tribute to her grandpa whom she lost recently. The kit is available at Oscraps and is currently on sale at 20%. 

Here's my page. Seeing this kit reminds me of my dad, not being near his grandsons. 

It must be heartbreaking saying goodbye to them after having them for 6 weeks and not seeing them again for another year. Thank goodness for FaceTime which has allowed him to communicate frequently with them. TTFN!

This photo was taken in low light and therefore was rather blurry. Hence, I gave the photo a watercolour treatment to mask the blurriness and to make it more presentable! Hard to imagine that a year has since passed! TTFN!

Li'l pooch has been keeping me very busy this week and as such, I didn't get much time to scrap. Moreover, last Friday was Black Friday which meant sales galore in the digiland so I was out stocking on kits. Bad month as I'm way over my budget but hey, when there's sales you just have to act on them!

Anyway, tonite, I decided to devote some time to play and I came up with this LO:

I created this page based on two challenges, AnnaLift and a Creative Techniques at Oscraps. AnnaLift was based on a scraplift. Creative Techniques was based on turning a photo into a sketch using Minimum Filter. Had fun trying out this new technique. Will definitely be experimenting with the contrast further for a different look. 

NB: Hubs alerted me that I spelled li'l pooch's name wrongly so now he's Benji with an 'e' not 'a'. TTFN!
